From the East:
A 66 (Fulda - Frankfurt) from Hanau to the end of  the autobahn at Bergen-Enkheim (Hessen-Center), keep going straight on: Edisonstraße, next turn right: Carl-Zeiss-Straße, drive through until Röntgenstraße where you turn left.

From the North:
alternative 1:
A5/A661 (Kassel - Bad Homburg - Darmstadt) until exit Frankfurt-Ost; turn right direction Riederwald/Am Riederbruch. Keep following subway line on ground level until Kruppstraße, turn left there; take Victor-Slotosch-Straße next, pass Edisonstraße until Röntgenstraße.
alternative 2:
A5/A661 (Kassel - Bad Homburg - Darmstadt) until exit Friedberger Landstraße, turn left direction Bad Vilbel (B 521) until intersection Bergen-Enkheim/Hessen-Center; keep following this route until Enkheim/U-Bahn station/Borsigallee, turn right there, take 3rd street (Media-Markt) right: Röntgenstraße

From the South/West:
A3/A661 to Offenbacher Kreuz then direction Bad Homburg, exit Frankfurt-Ost, keep following B 8/B 40 direction Hanau for quite some time until railway station Mainkur where you turn right there and over the bridge direction Bergen-Enkheim/Vilbeler Landstraße. Turn left at Borsigallee/U-Bahn station, then 3rd street right (Media-Markt): Röntgenstraße.

From the City of Frankfurt:
a) Ostbahnhof (Eastern station)/Hanauer Landstraße direction Hanau - do not get on the autobahn! Upon reaching railway station Mainkur turn right and over the bridge direction Bergen-Enkheim/Vilbeler Landstraße. Turn left at Borsigallee/U-Bahn station, then 3rd street to the right (Media-Markt): Röntgenstraße..
b) B8/B40 Cityring/Alleenring/Wittelsbacher Allee/Saalburgallee direction Hanau/Offenbach; just after passing Eissporthalle turn left, direction Riederwald/Am Riederbruch. Keep following the subway line on ground level until Kruppstraße, turn left there; take Victor-Slotosch-Straße next, pass Edistonstraße until Röntgenstraße
